Our production is equipped with the latest machines and automatic machines - universal five-position cold stamping automatic machines, capable of stamping fasteners of complex shapes, including nuts, bolts, screws.
Stamping of future products is carried out from bar blanks. The workpiece goes through cutting stages, pushing out, stamping, knurling before, which will result in a high quality product, reliability and strength. Automatic stamping machines automatically diagnose the production process, thereby, excluding the release of low-quality products.
Cold rolling of threads is performed on a profile-rolling two-roller semi-automatic machine. It also performs calibration of cylindrical and spherical products. The machine allows you to roll threads, diameter from 3 mm to 200 mm and step from 2,5 mm to 16 mm per detail, the length of which varies from 58 mm to 250 mm.
The punch drives the workpiece into the matrix, disembarking her, and then the process repeats. Thus, per minute is produced up to 400 products.
