tool springs

Spring - resilient member, intended for storing or absorbing mechanical energy. Instrumental spring is a compression spring, made of rectangular wire, whereby it has a higher rigidity as compared to the springs of wire of circular section. This type of spring is manufactured in accordance with ISO 10243 stainless chrome-vanadium steel DIN 17221. tool springs widely used in the molds and dies, as well as other kinds of products, where high stiffness and mechanical strength of the spring. By the degree of the load can be divided into four groups:

  • green (moderate load)
  • blue (average load)
  • red (heavy stress)
  • yellow (extreme loads)

What materials are used for the manufacture of springs

The springs of "HENNLIH" made of stainless steel and are therefore suitable for all applications in the automotive, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, nuclear industry and construction. Most commonly used materials for making - this spring steel DIN 1.1200 (IN 10270-1) and stainless steel DIN 1.4310 (IN 10270-3). Description of some of the materials listed in the table:

FROM Material Description
1.1200 C75 spring steel
1.4310 X10CrNi188 stainless steel (suitable for food prom-ty)
1.7103 67SiCr5 high strength steel, for high dynamic loads
1.4571 X6CrNiMoTi1712 stainless steel, resistant to sea water, with less magnetic properties, than 1.4310
2.4669 NiCr15Fe7TiAl high strength steel, with high corrosion resistance and enhanced cold resistance and heat resistance properties, nonmagnetic, resistant to chlorine.
2.4610 NiMo16Cr16Ti high strength steel, High resistance to corrosion, various acids, shtelocham, salty water, high heat resistance.
